Warning:

• the stainless steel compartments can be used directly on food steamer and electric oven (for baking purposes)
• it is totally safe to bake foods using stainless steel compartments (in electric oven), however we recommend wearing gloves before serving, as the surface is very hot
  
• however, please DO NOT reheating food in microwave oven -- the main cause is NOT about the temperature -- stainless steel can withstand up to 500 degrees Celsius, whereby home-based electric oven is merely about 200 degrees Celsius
• we say NO to microwave oven, because it works on a different mechanism -- stainless steel will block the heat from warming your food, damages your microwave / cause fire / explosion
