Angus Barrett Saddlery Pocket Knife Pouches are made from full grain skirting leather, which we hand block to fit the knives. This is a premium leather that we mould and pre-stretch, so that you can expect it to hold your pocket knife securely for years to come.

The Slide-on Pocket Knife Pouch has been designed so that you can adjust the position of the pouch on your belt and to carry your knife safely, while protecting it from damage. It can be worn vertically or horizontally on your leather belt.

Maker's Notes

The Angus Barrett Saddlery Button Close Pocket Knife Pouch features a solid brass or stainless steel press stud. (Do not confuse our press studs
with el-cheapo press studs! We use either solid brass or stainless
steel premium press studs, with a high tensile seal.) We have also added a cut out to the base of the pouch for easier removal of your knife.

At this stage, our new button close pouch is designed to fit an average 3-blade pocket knife, like our Robert Klaas Medium. Please contact us if you are looking for a pouch for a different sized knife. 

Care

Before our leather pocket knife pouches leave the workshop, they are hand finished by Angus and his team with a treatment that is designed to specifically enhance and protect that product. We work to ensure that all Angus Barrett products are ready for work or show.

The Slide-on Pocket Knife Pouch is made from first-grade skirting leather that has been oiled and is ready for use.

With use, if the leather pouch becomes dry, we recommend using a surface leather dressing, like the Angus Barrett Leather Dressing, to condition it.

We recommend that you do not use any oil to care for your Angus Barrett leather product.

Cleaning
If the pouch requires cleaning, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Please note that most leather products will darken with age, use and after dressing.

The pocket knife pouch is designed to slide onto belts up to 38mm or 1.5 inches wide.
